The Advance Bid, also known as a pre-bid or early offer, allows interested parties to submit a bid for the auctioned property prior to the scheduled live auction date and time.

The primary goal is to enable prospective buyers to secure their interest and participate confidently.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Registration and Approval
   Begin by registering as a bidder for the auction. You must provide your personal details and formally accept the auction’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Submitting the Advance Bid
   Send the exact amount you are willing to offer for the property via email. Be sure to attach the signed Terms and Conditions form along with the proof of the refundable guarantee deposit of MXN $350,000.

3. Handling of Advance Bids
   The auction organizers will log all advance bids received. These early bids will be treated as valid offers during the live auction event.

4. Competing Against Live Bids
   Your advance bid will directly compete with offers placed during the live auction. The auctioneer will conduct the bidding, increasing the price according to the established rules until a winner is declared.

5. Handling of the Guarantee Deposit
   If your bid wins, the guarantee deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the property. If your bid is not successful, the deposit will be fully refunded within three (3) business days following the event.
